- Communicate with you about your journey via call, SMS, email, and WhatsApp
- Send booking confirmation, driver details, and trip updates

3. WhatsApp Communication
TravelFragrant uses WhatsApp Business to communicate booking confirmations, driver details, and service updates. By providing your phone number and initiating contact via WhatsApp, you consent to receiving business communications from us via WhatsApp.
You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by informing us via email or by blocking our number.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Service delivery: We share your name and pickup details with the assigned driver to fulfil your booking.
- Service providers: We use Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Cloudflare (security).
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by Indian law, court order, or governmental authority.
5. Data Retention
We retain booking and contact data for a maximum of 3 years from the date of collection, or as required by applicable Indian tax and commercial law. Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 cookies. You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Security cookies: Cloudflare Turnstile sets cookies to protect our booking form from automated submissions.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, HTTP security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options), server-side input validation, and rate-limited API endpoints.
